My experience with the service rendered by “eSim world” has been very satisfactory. They act on customer’s requests without any delay, and they do not bring any excuse in solving the problem. I had faced a difficulty with the eSim I had purchased, and they solved it to my satisfaction. They do understand the fact that customers and suppliers need each other, and it is a two-way relationship. In my opinion this is excellent which, unfortunately, many suppliers do not realize.
