Complaint Regarding Faulty Electronic SIM Card Service in New York

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the electronic SIM card I purchased from your establishment during my recent trip to New York. I had hoped to use the SIM card to connect to the internet, but I found that it was practically useless.

Despite being advertised as having access to high-speed internet or at least 3G, the SIM card never worked during my entire stay. I was unable to connect to the internet even once, which was a significant inconvenience and source of frustration.

To make matters worse, I had paid $15 for this service, which was a complete waste of my money. I believe that I had the right to expect a certain level of service and quality, and it is clear that this was not provided.

Given the circumstances, I would like to request a refund of the $15 that I paid for the SIM card, or some other form of compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment that I experienced. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to address my concerns.
