What is EID & IMEI?
“EID” stands for “eSIM Identifier” and it is a unique 32-digit number associated with an eSIM card.
“IMEI” stands for “International Mobile Equipment Identity.” It is a unique 15-digit number assigned to your device.

How it works on the activation date
Step 1
Go to Settings > Cellular
For Android, Connection > SIM Manager
Step 2
Add your eSIM
To add your eSIM, please tap the Add eSIM on the activation date.
You can add eSIM after 6AM in Los Angeles time(PDT) on the submitted activation date
Step 3
Scan the QR code
Scanning the QR code will activate and install the T-Mobile eSIM.

Can I use Nationwide eSIM Plans everywhere in USA?
Yes, the eSIM USA Unlimited Data & Calls plan works everywhere in the USA including Hawaii. Please note that it is not available in Guam and Saipan.

Should I order and activate an eSIM before traveling?
You can purchase an eSIM at your convenience before your travel date. However, you need to purchase at least 2 days before your arrival because of the T-Mobile’s eSIM activation system.
Additionally, please note that to install the eSIM, your device must be connected to a Wi-Fi or a cellular data network.
What should I do, when the eSIM is not activated?
If you’re an iPhone user, you will get the push notification. If you’re an Android user, you need to scan the QR code for the activation.
Please contact us if your eSIM is not activated after 6AM in Los Angeles time(PDT). We will immediately activate your eSIM manually.
Are voice calls and SMS available with the eSIM plan?
You can make unlimited local Calls & Text with the eSIM USA Unlimited Data & Calls plan. You will receive a local US number(+1) and you can find your number after activation.
Why do you collect EID & IMEI?
This is because of the US carrier’s policy. All US official carriers ask for your EID and IMEI numbers for the eSIM activation.
Can I top-up the validity days?
Please note that we do not offer a top-up service for eSIM USA Unlimited Data & Calls Plan. Instead, we recommend purchasing a new eSIM plan and installing it on your device again.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
Yes. You can request a refund up to two days before your activation date. Refunds are not available after this time.
Can I check my data usage?
Yes, you can check your data usage by calling #932#, and you will receive the SMS when you reach 50GB of data usage.
When does my plan end?
Your plan ends at 21:00 Los Angeles time(PDT) on the final day.
